SmartWhiz Edutech is an admission consultancy and study abroad advisory service based in Nagpur, India. We provide guidance for higher education opportunities in India and abroad, including but not limited to MBA, PGDM, MBBS abroad, Engineering, and Online Degree programs.

2. Scope of Services

SmartWhiz Edutech provides:

• Career counseling and personalized guidance
• University/course selection assistance
• Application and documentation support
• Visa guidance (advisory support only)
• Scholarship guidance (where applicable)
• Pre-departure assistance

We act solely as an advisory and facilitation service provider. Final admission decisions are made by universities/colleges, and visa approvals are granted by respective embassies/immigration authorities.

3. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

SmartWhiz Edutech does not guarantee:

• Admission into any specific university or course
• Approval of visa applications
• Scholarships or financial aid
• Employment opportunities after course completion

All final decisions are subject to the policies of universities, government bodies, and immigration authorities.

4. Student Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• All information and documents submitted by you are true, accurate, and complete.
• You will provide authentic academic, financial, and personal documents.
• You understand that submission of false or misleading information may result in rejection of admission or visa and termination of our services without refund.
• You are responsible for meeting deadlines and responding promptly to communication.

5. Fees & Payments

• Service fees (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before engagement.
• All fees paid to universities, embassies, or third-party service providers are separate from consultancy charges.
• Government fees, visa fees, university application fees, and other official charges are non-refundable unless specified by the issuing authority.
• Consultancy fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Institutions

SmartWhiz Edutech collaborates with universities, colleges, and partner institutions in countries including but not limited to:

• Dubai
• Germany
• Ireland
• USA
• UK
• Canada
• Australia

We are not responsible for:

• Changes in university policies
• Course structure modifications
• Fee revisions
• Visa rule changes
• Immigration policy updates

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartWhiz Edutech shall not be held liable for:

• Rejection of admission or visa
• Delays caused by universities or government authorities
• Financial loss due to policy changes
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the consultancy fees paid directly to us.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected is used only for:

• Processing applications
• Communication with universities and authorities
• Providing counseling services

We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
